ITANAGAR, Jul 2: In a joint representation to Chief Minister Pema Khandu, the Adi Students’ Union (ASU), Itanagar and Siang units has sought his intervention for expediting the construction of Sanggam bridge over Siyom river in Siang district, renovation of NH-13 and  commencement of helicopter services at least for medical purposes.
The union has detailed the difficulties being faced by the  people of Siang district after the collapse of Sanggam bridge. It has now become extremely  difficult for the students, villagers and emergency medical services to reach other districts, the representation said.
