NIGLOK, Nov 1: A tragic incident has shaken Sainik School, Niglok, East Siang as a Class 7 student was found dead under mysterious circumstances, prompting police to register a case under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
According to reports, the Ruksin Police has lodged an FIR and initiated a detailed investigation into the suspected unnatural death. The body of the deceased has been sent to Bakin Pertin General Hospital for post-mortem examination, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday.
Police sources confirmed that the parents of the student have been informed and are currently on their way to the hospital. The Officer-in-Charge of Ruksin Police Station is personally leading the probe to determine the exact cause of death and the events leading up to the tragedy.
Authorities have appealed for patience and restraint, stating that further details will be revealed once the investigation and post-mortem reports are completed.
