ITANAGAR, Nov 8: The state's Covid casualty tally touched 46 on Saturday.
According to the State Covid Bulletin, a 60-year old male from Model village, Naharlagun in the state capital died on the way to DCH Chimpu. He was suffering from chronic liver disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and had tested positive for COVID-19.
