ITANAGAR, Jul 9: The State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (SIRD & PR) is conducting a 4-day State Level Refresher Training of Trainer (ToT) Course and hand-holding support for the state/district level users of e-GramSwaraj and PFMS applications here at the conference hall of the institute.
Director, Panchayati Raj Tamune Miso exhorted the trainees comprising  mostly of District Nodal Officers (PFMS)-cum-PTAs from all the districts to take full advantage of the training and emphasized the significance of the e-GramSwaraj portal and its significance in  the context of 15th Finance Commission grants. Director, SIRD & PR Habung Lampung asked the participants to go back to the concerned district only after being fully trained on  e-Gram Swaraj portal and  PFMS applications. Important aspects like hand-holding on registration of Gram Panchayats on PFMS portal and e-GramSwaraj and related procedures are being covered in the training which will continue till July 11.

Assistant Director cum Faculty, SIRD & PR Rodo Bui, MoPR consultants Mohit Gupta and Mayank Kharbanda, NIC consultants Madhur Sharma and Hemant Sharma were among others in the team of Resource Persons imparting the training.
