TAWANG, Apr 9:  The Department of Information Technology has partnered with Airtel for the live webcast of His Holiness The Dalai Lama's preaching from Tawang. This was accomplished through the installation of dedicated links by Airtel in record time to enable transmission of His Holiness' message to netizens across the globe.
