ITANAGAR, Sep 5: Amid a steep rise in the number of coronavirus cases in the State especially in the Itanagar Capital Region for the last couple of days, State Legislative Assembly Speaker Pasang D Sona has called upon all the Members of Legislative Assembly to get themselves tested for COVID-19.
Speaker informed that to ensure the safety of all the MLAs a Rapid Antigen Testing Facility has been arranged at Assembly Complex on September 8 next from 0900hrs to 12hrs.
“The testing facility is being arranged keeping in view the rising numbers of COVID-19 positive cases in the state and in order to ensure the safety of the Members who being public leaders have to frequently come in contact with the people,” the Speaker stressed.
