ZIRO, Feb 22: Somcha Lowang, a 1993 APCS batch officer today took over the charge of Deputy Commissioner, Lower Subansiri district from Swetika Sachan, the outgoing DC.
Interacting with the officers and officials of the DC office, Lowang called for unified efforts for an effective administration and assured to carry forward the unfinished works of her predecessor. The HoDs and officials bade adieu to the outgoing DC under whose nine-month tenure TAH Package-I and II saw commendable progress. ZPC Likha Sangchore and her team of ZPMs called on the new DC and assured cooperation in developmental works. DIPRO
