Itanagar, May 12:  Altogether 25 numbers of Solar Street lights under Hamara Arunachal Abhiyan were installed at IG Park by the District Administration today in collaboration with the Arunachal Pradesh Energy Development Agency (APEDA).
The Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex Talo Potom has thanked the department of APEDA and hoped that with the installation of street lights, unscrupulous activities inside the IG park would be kept at bay. He has further requested the denizens of Itanagar Capital Complex to refrain from causing any damage to the installations as it would not only benefit those who come there to stroll, walk or exercise but will also provide safety to everyone who passes through it.
The installation of lights was facilitated by EAC Datum Gadi. He also informed that solar high mast lights will also be installed soon at the park.
