BOMDILA, Jan 7: Skill Development Mela 2022 was held today at the District Industries Centre, Bomdila.
The three Vocational Training Providers-- Professional Academy, Assam, Jettwings Assam and Zentek Welfare Society, West Kameng, described about the programme they offer and about the registration process.
In-charge DC Sang Khandu motivated and encouraged the participants and also highlighted the importance of skill training in an individual’s life. He also emphasized about the cleanliness programme and the role of youth in it.
More than 150 students attended the programme and got counseling from the training providers and also registered themselves in different courses. 
Deputy Director Industries, Joint Director (Textile & Handicraft) and Manager of Lead Development briefed about the aim and importance of the programme. 
Principal ITI, Dirang also gave information on different courses offered in ITI and its admission process.
