Indian Army conducts ‘Know Your Army’ outreach
AALO, May 17: The 3-week Hospitality and Homestay Skill Development Course conducted under the aegis of Aalo Military Station as part of the state government’s ‘Year of Tourism’ observation concluded here on May 15 last.
A total of 27 participants from various age groups successfully completed the training. During the closing ceremony, Commander Aalo Military Station congratulated the participants and encouraged them to volunteer for the adventure tourism course scheduled to be conducted in future. The commander also appreciated the efforts of the district authority for giving support in conducting the flagship training programme.
Speaking on behalf of the trainees, Oman Tamut expressed gratitude to the Indian Army for imparting the training. A cultural programme to mark the closing ceremony was also organised by the participants. DIPRO
