ITANAGAR, Oct 24: At least seven vehicles were damaged including four-wheelers when the rope used for pulling a truck by another truck suddenly snapped, causing it to move backwards hitting vehicles parked along the roadside in the process, near Zero Point today.
Officer In-charge Itanagar Police station, Phassang Simi informed that drivers of both the vehicles managed to escape from the scene after the incident. However, Police has lodged an FIR against the drivers.
No one was hurt in the incident.
