YAZALI, Jul 28: A 4-days self defence training  'Rani Laxmibai Atma Raksha Prashikshan' for girl students of government schools studying in elementary & secondary level in Lower Subansiri district concluded here today at Yazali.
The training programme received huge response from girl students studying in every nook and corner of the district.
The girl students and some of the staff members who partook in large numbers reenacted self defence techniques from the two women experts Mesom  Singhi, instructor and Rei Yadi,Chief Instructor.
Around 550 girl students in the age group of 10 to 19 years were trained in basic art of self defence.
DDSE cum DPO SSA/ISSE Lower Subansiri District Tabia Chobin was also present on the ground.
