Khonsa, Jan 11: The Khonsa Battalion of Assam Rifles organised a Winter Camp at Assam Rifles Public School, Khonsa, from January 6-9.
150 students from local schools participated in activities promoting physical fitness, discipline, leadership, and moral values. Events included physical training, self-defence, cultural activities, and visits to Pangsau Pass and Khonsa Museum.
The DIG interacted with students, emphasising leadership and national service. The camp strengthened ties between Assam Rifles and the local community.
