BOLENG, Dec 2: The services of thirteen government departments were offered at Molo village, Payum circle during the third ‘Sarkaar aapke dwaar’ camp in Siang district today.
Various government departments provided services through renewal and issue of ration cards, payment of electricity bills, issue and collection of old age pension, disability, maternal benefit, and widow pension forms, issue of MGNREGS job cards etc. Financial literacy initiative was also undertaken with opening of new bank accounts and enrolment into pension schemes.
Information, education, and communication activities were also conducted on PM Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Dulari Kanya scheme, Swachh Bharat Mission, schemes covering agriculture and allied sectors, awareness on adoption and children in conflict with law, and legal awareness on domestic violence and other crimes against women.
