SAGALEE, Jul 2:Following incessant rains Sagalee remains cut off from rest of the world. There are reports of heavy landslides in almost all stretches of Seppa-Sagalee-Kheel Trans Arunachal Highway. The bridge over Papi and Pang river at entry point of Sagalee town has been completely washed away leaving about 100 commuters from Seppa stranded.

Two houses were also damaged due to landslideon Saturday however there is no report of loss of life.

Restoration works is on war footing by the M/S Shushee Infra and Mining Ltd and vehicular movement is likely to be restored by Monday.

Further, ADC Jalash Pertin has requested the 
government to provide immediate relief assistance to the victims and also for restoration of village and circle 
linking connecting roads.
