ITANAGAR, Apr 27: The Rural Works Department conducted an orientation programme for newly recruited Junior Engineers from April 11-26,  emphasising on capacity building.
During the training programme, sixty three newly recruited JEs were exposed to various modules such as office procedures, survey works & PMGSY works. As part of training, the trainees visited Chimi Ganga to Batt PMGSY road, Itanagar. Apart from this, they were also introduced to new applications such as eOffice, eMARG, PMGSY apps, Arunachal Monitoring App. 
The training was coordinated by Er. N. Rigia CE and Er. O. Tatak, ITNO along with team. The closing ceremony was graced by various dignitaries of the department who shared their valuable experiences.
