NAROTTAM NAGAR, Apr 6: Tirap Deputy Commissioner Taro Mize today handed over awards worth Rs 2 lakh to the students of Ramakrishna Mission, Narottam Nagar during its annual prize distribution ceremony here at the Vivekananda Sabhagriha of the institution.
The DC praised the culture and etiquette of the students and thanked the Swamijis for their selfless services in the remote area. He called on the students to imbibe the message of Swami Vivekananda -‘Service to Man is Service to God’. Responding to a memorandum, he assured to take up the matter with the Planning department for the construction of entry gates. Secretary, Swami Achyuteshananda thanked the DC and the District Administration for their unconditional support to the school. Principal, Wangcha Rajkumar Government College, Deomali Tashi Talo handed over the academic prizes of the 2019-20 session.
