Rono Hills, Sep 1: The weeklong national e-FDP on ‘Unorganized Sector’ organised by the Department of Commerce, Rajiv Gandhi University concluded here on August 29 last.
The e-FDP had a total of fifteen technical sessions covering topics on sociology, economics, politics, mass media, law, gender, entrepreneurship and research etc. wherein renowned academicians, scholars, subject experts and veteran academicians addressed. Four other departments of the varsity namely Sociology, Social Work, Mass Communication and Education and Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University and Shivaji University from Maharashtra were the collaborators of the programme which was conducted under the leadership of Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce Dr. Vinod Kumar Yadav.
The valedictory session had direct online feedback presentation by the participants from Arunachal Pradesh, South India and Maharashtra. RGU Pro VC Professor Amitava Mitra and Registrar Professor Tomo Riba attended the session.
A final test was also conducted on the concluding day for facilitating the distribution of e-certificates and e-awards to the deserving participants. RGU PR
