Rono Hills, Sep 26: A two-day national e-symposium titled ‘Evolving Facets of Gender, Migration and Holistic Well-being: Inter-Continental Dimensions & Discourse’ organized by the Departments of Social Work, Anthropology and Geography, Rajiv Gandhi University concluded here on Saturday.
The symposium intended to offer a platform for meaningful dialogues among key stakeholders and emphasized on concepts like gender migration and holistic well-being incorporating an inter-continental approach for realizing the
larger vision of gender justice and sustainable development. RGU VC Professor Saket Kushwaha and Pro VC Professor Amitava Mitra were the patrons of the symposium. Eminent speakers namely Dr. Prgaya Tiwari Gupta and Dr. Kulwinder Kaur gave insightful deliberations on the webinar’s topic.
