RONO HILLS, Jul 2: Rajiv Gandhi University today signed a MoU with the Centre for Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA) that will now allow the varsity to conduct five certificate courses under its Institute of Distance Education.
The courses offered under this collaboration are Certificate Courses in Cyber Security, Mobile Architecture, Multimedia and Animation, Barefoot Wireless Engineer and Digital Video Editing. The MoU was virtually signed by RGU Registrar Dr. N. T. Rikam and Adviser, Finance and Administration, CEMCA Dalip Kumar Tetri. The online link for admission to the above courses was also launched in the ceremony by RGU VC Professor Saket Kushwaha and the Registrar.The VC informed that the university is going to sign around 20 more MoUs with various organizations to improve the education system in the current digital era.
Pro VC Professor Amitava Mitra also spoke on the occasion.
