YUPIA, Jun 6: The F- Sector of Rajiv Gandhi University campus including bus stand area and the area near by the new playground under Doimukh Sub-Division has been declared micro containment zone with effect from June 6 after detection of positive cases through Random Rapid Antigen Test conducted by Medical teams of Doimukh. 
District Medical Officer Dr.K.Perme informed today that District Rapid Response Team carried out random testing at RGU campus Doimukh alongwith SMO Health Centre RGU Dr. Akin Tana Tara and 560 test were done wherein  30 turned out positive and accordingly the measures have been taken.
 He further appealed to the eligible beneficiaries to come forward to get the COVID vaccine to break the chain of transmission. He also requested  the public to co-operate with the medical teams  and to follow COVID-19 appropriate behaviour. He also appreciated the team spirit of DRRT for carrying out Covid-19 activities with missionary zeal to fight against the Coronavirus.  DIPRO
