Yupia, Aug 27: A review meeting on Circle saturation of Covid-19 vaccination was held today in the Conference Hall of Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare,Yupia.
While appreciating the effort by health workers in combating Covid -19 Pandemic, Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare, Pige Ligu said that the key to attain herd immunity in a society is maximum coverage of vaccination and therefore opined  that the onus  lies on the hard working attitude and sincerity of health workers.
He also directed the DMO and DDSE to coordinate in implementing the “Special drive of Covid-19 vaccination for Teachers and staff of schools” up to Higher Secondary level in mission mode and requested all MO i/c present to start working on unvaccinated teachers simultaneously.
Dr.K.Perme DMO Papum Pare highlighted the objectives of the special drive and also informed all MO i/c to actively participate in Beneficiary identification drive under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (PMJAY) and Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojna (CMAAY). Earlier, this morning Special Covid-19 vaccination campaign for teachers and staff of schools was launched at CHC Doimukh by S.Tayang SDO Doimukh. DIPRO
