AALO, Mar 20: In an exemplary move, a group of youths in West Siang district who have overcome addiction themselves are embarking on a mission to raise awareness on drug abuse through the Recovery Club tour which was flagged-off from Aalo Police Station on March 19.
The Recovery Club, a branch of NGO Mothers Vision comprising of recovered drug users is embarking on an awareness tour on drug problems and substance abuse initiated by the Galo Youth Organisation under the aegis of Galo Welfare Society.
Earlier, the youths shared their testimony with the student community at Gumin Kiin
before departing for Lower Siang and other parts of the district. DIPRO
