ITANAGAR, Apr 8: State BJP President, Tapir Gao along with his senior colleagues began their two day tour of Upper Subansiri. The tour began with tree plantation at the Circuit House at Daporijo along with local MLAs Punji Mara and Tamar Murtem which was followed by Swacch Bharat Abhiyan activity. Later, Gao attended a big public function at Taliha which was organized by the Taliha Mandal unit along with the local MLA and parliamentary Secretary Punji Mara. On the occasion, many Panchayat leaders including ZPMs, ASMs and GPMs joined the BJP.
