Beysernyello, Apr 19: The new building of Primary Health Centre (PHC) Beysernyello was today inaugurated by Health Minister Alo Libang in presence of MLA of Doimukh, Tana Hali Tara.
While addressing the gathering,  the Minister congratulated the people of Beysernyello and said that  public health is most important during this 2nd wave of Covid 19 pandemic and requested everyone to adhere to Covid appropriate behaviour like frequent hand washing, maintaining distance and wearing masks. He further asked the Gaon buras, ASHAs and party workers  to create awareness and  focus on vaccination to fight against Coronavirus.
He also said that he is aware of the performance report of the PHC and urged the Medical officers and paramedical staff to improve the health indicators of the area.
Responding to  memorandum submitted by the local people,  he assured that the issues raised will be discussed with the local MLA.
Meanwhile, MLA Tana Hali Tara, requested the Minister for upgradation of the three PHCs under Sangdupota circle. He informed that the three PHCs namely Beysernyello, Jote and Poma lacks basic infrastructure like staff quarters due to which attendance during duty hours is an issue. He also admitted that he accompanied party workers on covid vaccination campaign but very few people turned up for the vaccination.
Earlier Dr.K.Perme, DMO Papum Pare in his welcome speech  highlighted the history of Beysernyello PHC and the new SOP of COVID-19. DIPRO
