Anini, Dec 11: After official closure of nomination scrutiny and withdrawal process for the PR elections in Dibang valley, it has transpired that all the 4 Zila Parishad Member seats and 71 Gram Panchayat Member seats from 21 Gram Panchayats have been won by the BJP unopposed. It is relevant to mention that out of the 71 GP seats, 23 are reserved for women. DIPRO
