Taki while stressing on the importance of communication said that as IPR department is the ear and mouth of the government, it should double its efforts to disseminate information of all government programmes. RGU VC called the task of the IPR department in disseminating news a very difficult one as officers have to maintain a balance of news from sources. Quoting Bill Gates who said, “If I was down to my last dollar, I'd spend it on Public Relations,” Regional Director, IIMC L. R.
