MECHUKA, May 13: Shi-Yomi Deputy Commissioner Mito Dirchi accompanied by DF&CSO Mechuka Er. Minli Tato today monitored the distribution of rice under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY)-III to all the AAY and PHH beneficiaries of the district here at the township.
Combined quota for the months of May and June was distributed to the beneficiaries on the day. Till evening, 70 quintals of rice were distributed to 75 ration card holders. The distribution assumes significance keeping in mind the approaching monsoon and the prevailing Covid pandemic situation. The beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the District Administration and the concerned department for providing the essential commodities during the critical time. DIPRO
