PASIGHAT, Jan 29: Hinggeng Tari, 57, serving as Superintendent, at the PCCF office Itanagar died at a hospital in Dibrugarh on Thursday  due to renal failure.  Pasighat East MLA, Kaling Moyong in his condolence message on Friday remembered the late official as a very sincere and dedicated person. 
"My deepest condolences in this most difficult time to the whole family and prayers to God to provide strength to bear this loss. May his soul rest in peace," he said. DIPRO
