Yupia, May 13: All Head of Departments and administrative officers of Papum Pare district today bid farewell to outgoing Deputy Commissioner Minga Sherpa,IAS who has been transferred to the Union Territory Jammu&Kashmir.
Sherpa who was briefly posted for four months in Papum Pare district has won the hearts of many with his dynamic and down to earth personality apart from his administrative and other innovative welfare works.
While speaking to the officers, he shared his limited experiences of staying in Arunachal Pradesh and Papum Pare in particular. He also stressed on patience, maintaining good relations with everyone and credibility for successful accomplishment of any work.
SP Papum Pare Dr.Neelam Nega who  also spoke on the occasion  appreciated the DC for his dynamic and efficient administrative skills and visible changes in his short stay in the district.
