ITANAGAR, Nov 7: The four-day painting workshop concluded today amidst a small but impressive gathering of officers, officials and young and energetic painters from the Fine Arts section of the Rajiv Gandhi University. 
The function was also attended by Jimen Riba, the youngest daughter of late Moje Riba, the freedom fighter from Daring village. 
Participation certificates were distributed to all the 21 student participants.
