ITANAGAR, Sep 26: The All Arunachal Pradesh Youth Organization (AAPYO) And Lekhi Youth Association (LYA), has called attention to the dilapidated Papu Nallah to Nirjuli road and has urged the concerned department to begin the highway construction work at the earliest.
In a letter to the Chief Engineer, Highway, the organisations said that pothole riddled roads have resulted in several instances of vehicular accidents and has also increased probability of fatality during medical situations.
Further, both organisations also sought the reason behind dillydallying in the execution of the road construction in the said stretch. Requesting the department to start construction work in the next ten days, it cautioned to launch democratic protests.
