ITANAGAR, Jul 26: Arunachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority(APSLSA) organized a two day online awareness cum training for para legal volunteers(PLVs) on July 25-26 hosted from Itanagar.
The training was organized in collaboration with Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice under Access to Justice North East and Jammu & Kashmir (A2J NEJK) Project.
The training was organized for para legal volunteers of 10 districts; mostly where no courts are established to ensure that the marginalized section of society get access to Free Legal Aid as guaranteed in Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
Around 50 participants from Dibang Valley and Longding District and interior areas of Kra Daadi, Changlang and Kurung Kumey districts participated in the programme. ES Newsdesk
