NAITONG, Feb 24: A one day administrative camp was organized under the aegis of CO Borduria at Naithong village today in collaboration with four important departments viz. Police, Health department, District Food & Civil Supplies, Economic & Statistical Department and Women & Child Development to provide services at people's doorstep.
Borduria Circle Officer, Lim Modi informed that the outreach camp was organized in order to create awareness in particular regarding the government notification that Naithong village comes under Borduria circle and for disseminating government benefits to the beneficiaries in general.
Naitong village falls under the jurisdiction of Circle Officer, Borduria but residents voting rights fall under Kanubari Constituency under Longding District but Administration is under Tirap. Hence, the public of Naitong have been devoid of official documents and they were confused for long as where to go for official documents, the CO informed.
