TUTNU, Jan 22: The people of Tutnu Block today accorded a warm welcome to Chathong Lowang, the newly elected ZPC of Tirap district on her maiden visit to her birthplace after assuming office.
Addressing the gathering the new ZPC conveyed her gratefulness to the people of Tutnu for electing her unopposed and assured to bring all-round development in the Block, adding that she would prioritize on improving the condition of roads. Former MLA Kamthok Lowang, public leaders and GBs expressed their happiness on selection of Lowang as the ZPC.  
Colourful dances performed by children and welcome song marked the reception ceremony. DIPRO
