Nirjuli, Aug 21: A national-level E-Quiz on ‘Unnat Bharat Abhiyan’ was conducted here at the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) from August 15-20 last.
Arranged through virtual mode, the quiz aimed at creating awareness about ‘Unnat Bharat Abhiyan’, a flagship programme of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, GoI. 
The quiz was organised by the Regional Coordinator Professor Pradip Lingfa and Coordinator Dr. T. Patel, both from the Regional Coordinating Institute (RCI), Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), NERIST. The outstanding participants were distributed E-certificates.

As a part of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, faculty and students of higher education institutions in the country are re-oriented and connected to the rural realities so that their learning and research work becomes more relevant to society. NERIST PR
