Yupia, May 21: The Deputy Commissioner –Cum- Chairman DDMA Papum Pare District, Pige Ligu today   de-notified Micro Containment Zone NEEPCO Colony, Sopo under Doimukh Sub-Division which was declared as Micro Containment Zone due to clustering of COVID-19 positive cases detected in the area on May 7 last.
It was done following the recommendation of District Medical Officer, Yupia stating that all the positive cases and testing of all the High Risk( HR) contacts has been done and the area was fit for  de-notification, however, the additional Containment Zone imposed in the entire geographical territory of Doimukh Administrative Circle will be effective till May 31.
