ITANAGAR, Mar 23: Taking strong exception in wake of reports of racial discrimination meted out to the people of the Northeast, the North East Students’ Organization (NESO) has urged the central government to put in place all necessary arrangements in order to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the Northeast community now settled in various parts of the country.
In its press statement NESO has also urged all the NE Chief Ministers to actively liaise with their counterparts in various states in order to ensure that the perpetrators of hate crimes are brought to book.
