Doimukh, Dec 10: A 25-year-old man stranded in the  Dikrong river was rescued in  an operation conducted on Wednesday night near the weekly market. The 12 NDRF Itanagar accompanied  by local police managed to rescue, one Riya Lama,  who was stranded in the river.
