Doimukh, Aug 8: 12 Bn NDRF organised a tree plantation drive here at its campus on Saturday on the occasion of its all India plantation campaign.
The intention of the plantation drive was to generate awareness about the benefits of natural shade by increasing green cover which will help in reducing urban heat and improve air quality. During the camping 200 saplings of different varieties were planted by the NDRF rescuers.
