MAHADEVPUR, Jun 17: A tree plantation drive was carried out by "12-A Team of the National Disaster Response Force at the premises of Govt Higher Secondary School Mahadevpur in  Namsai district today. 
Inspector Saurabh Singh, Team Commander of 12-A Team NDRF informed that the team planted more than 100 saplings of fruit bearing plants, medicinal plants and other species under the aegis of MHA - Akhil Bhartiya Virskha Ropan Abhiyan to enhance the purity of the environment with the motto 'Mission: One lakh Plantation Programme.'
