New Delhi, Sep 10: Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports Mama Natung met Union Minister for Sports & Youth Affairs and Information & Broadcasting, Anurag Thakur today. 
The immense sporting potential of the North East, particularly Arunachal Pradesh was discussed between the two leaders.
Natung requested the Union Minister for his continued support for creating state of the art sports infrastructure in the State. 
Thakur assured that all pending projects of Arunachal Pradesh will be given priority. He complimented Natung on the success of the ‘Air Gun Surrender Abhiyan’ and said that it should be replicated across the country.
The Minister was accompanied by Sports & Youth Affairs Secretary Anirudh Singh.
