SEPPA, Aug 14: Minister for Environment & Forest Mama Natung on Saturday said that the BJP Party workers should have ‘motherly’ feeling and approach towards the party, thereby spread the party ideology and values to create positive awareness among the public.
Natung said this while attending the Mandal executive meeting of 11 Seppa West Assembly constituency at his residence here today.
Encouraging the workers to disseminate the core values of the party, Natung also appealed to maintain brotherhood and understanding among all, irrespective of post and power.
“Besides party work, we should focus in building East Kameng district into productive district rather than just being a consuming district. We have the potential to produce in the field of handicrafts, agriculture and horticulture etc. Therefore, we should encourage our youths and villagers to produce,” he said.
While responding to the request of district BJP President for a Mandal office for 11 west assembly constituency, Natung asked him to look for a proper site for the same.
He, however suggested the party president to have mandal office of each constituency from East Kameng in the same building rather constructing it in respective constituency.
Meanwhile, East Kameng District President Ealling Tallang his speech appealed to the party workers to work in rural areas to disseminate the information regarding various state and central schemes.
He said 'Workers have the responsibility to encourage the villagers to benefit from various schemes initiated under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.'
