ITANAGAR, Apr 4:The Mere Vichar Andolan Committee has requested  the Bharatiya Janata Party, State President, Tapir Gao to drop Chief Minister Pema Khandu and DCM Chowna Mein from their respective post considering the degree of corruption charges allegedly levelled against them in “Mere Vichar” purportedly written by late Kalikho Pul.

Asserting that the corruption charges levelled against the duo is very serious in nature and contradicts the principles of Prime Minister Narendra Modi which is ‘zero tolerance against corruption’, the committee opined that such serious corruption by few top heads under the BJP is sending a bad image of the party among the public.

It further reiterated its demands for immediate step down of CM and DCM on moral grounds to pave way for free and fair inquiry over the corruption charges.
