ITANAGAR, Jul 4: An MoU was signed in between the State Government and WAPCOS Ltd. as Third Party Monitor for field monitoring, inspection and evaluation of various projects under BADP 2015-16 (Additional) and 2016-17 for the Western Zone of Arunachal Pradesh. 

Dr. Joram Beda, Secretary (Planning), and Er. Debojit Das, Addl. Chief Engineer- cum- Regional Manager of WAPCOS Ltd. signed the MoU in presence Mokir Eshi Ori, Director (Monitoring) of Finance & Investment Department among others. 

The WAPCOS will submit the monitoring reports after completion of field monitoring which will be evaluated and analyzed by the Monitoring Division of Finance & Investment Department, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh for further action of the State Government.
