BARAK, Feb 24: The District Disaster Management in collaboration with District Administration conducted disaster awareness program and mock exercise on earthquake, landslide, fire accident and flood, etc. during the 8th Sarkar Aapke Dwar at Barak village under Soha Circle, Tirap District on Wednesday.
The program was conducted under the supervision of the SDRF team from SDRF Regional Centre, Khonsa where students from five villages among others actively participated.
While attending the program, Akan Regon, SDO, Deomali appreciated the team and the participants for their outstanding performance and advised them to take all kind of precautions to avoid any mishap.
