Aalo, Sep 15: With the aim of finding an appropriate way forward to bring qualitative improvement in net connectivity services in West Siang district, Aalo East MLA Kento Jini on Tuesday conducted an elaborate meeting with the services providers namely BSNL, Airtel, Vodafone and NIC representatives in presence of DC Moki Loyi here at the DC’s office.
Jini while reiterating the enormous importance of net connectivity, particularly in the current pandemic times students are taking up online examinations and classes due to shutdown of educational institutions, said as an MLA he has to face tremendous pressure from netizens due to substandard quality of internet services. Hearing all the problems from the service providers, he insisted them to play a proactive role on OFC vandalisation and destruction on highways in collaboration with the District Administration. He assured to take up the issue of microwave expansion up to Aalo with higher BSNL authority and also assured to explore the provision of OFC services through the transmission lines of Power Grid.
DC assured the service providers that DA is always there to help them in any law and order problem and other issues needing administrative help and exhorted them to work with zeal for the district’s consumers. DIO Nyaken Ori spoke on net connectivity services provided through NIC Aalo. DIPRO
