ITANAGAR, Aug 29: ‘Mission Modi Again PM’ an organization has demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein alleging them of ignoring public grievances and failure to curtail corruption practices occurring under their noses.
Addressing the reporters at the press club, President –MMAPM (Arunachal Unit) Reken Lida claimed that their organization is directly or indirectly a part of the BJP to disseminate as well as create awareness on various central schemes being launched under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the common people.  However, despite knowing the fact, DCM and Chief Minister have repeatedly denied appointments to them.
“We have never asked for any funds or schemes for our benefits, but we have sought appointments to share information about various schemes and projects which are not being implemented properly on the ground even though many common people are deprived of government benefits. But surprisingly, both head of the state has deliberately ignored us," said Lida.
If they can’t meet or hear the voice of their own members, then they will never hear the grievances of common people, he added.
Alleging high corruption practices under the rule of CM Pema Khandu and DyCM Chowna Mein, General Secretary MMAPM(Arunachal) Nagshu Wangsu stated ‘we are not against BJP  but we are against the leadership which has failed to work for the common people.'
We appeal the BJP National President to change the leadership of Arunachal Pradesh for the betterment of the state, he added.
Moreover, under the leadership of the present CM & DyCM we have witnessed the highest numbers of rallies and dharna alleging their involvement in corrupt practices.
"MMAPM(Arunachal unit)  will always stand against corruption and today we extend our support to  Arunachal Against Corruption (AAC) which is on a foot march to Delhi against corruption," stated Wansgu.
