SEIJUSA, Jun 3: Seijusa police are yet to trace the whereabouts of the prime accused in the minor’s assault case, Lukbi Bojir who has been absconding for more than a week.
Lukbi is accused of inflicting grievous physical injuries to the victim along with charges of practicing bonded labour. Police were on the lookout for both Lukbi and his wife Mity Bojir for assaulting and abusing the minor girl child since May 26 last. A Zero FIR was lodged at Women Police Station, Itanagar and a case (00/21 u/s 363/326/34 of the IPC r/w section 75 of the JJB Act and 14 Bonded Labour Act) was registered. 
Speaking to the media, Investigation Officer Padi Payang informed that co-accused Mity Bojir has already been arrested and investigation is going on thoroughly. However, the whereabouts of the main accused is still untraceable and an investigating team with the help of police from multiple districts are on the job to arrest him as soon as possible, the IO informed, adding that the victim’s MLC report has been received and accordingly, more charges will be added in the FIR.
Prime accused Lukbi Bojir is an Elementary Teacher currently posted under Gups Ngomdir, Pushi Bango (Kamru),  Bagra Circle in West Siang district  and a permanent resident of  Tirbin town under Lepa Rada district. His wife is also a PGT Teacher .
Meanwhile, the assaulted child is currently under medication at the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS).
