CHANGLANG, May 12: Under the initiative of the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang a micro solar plant has been installed at Ranghill, one of the remotest villages in the district through the District Mineral Fund.
The DC informed that the plant is a hybrid model in which  both solar and conventional power can be used simultaneously. Such projects in border area villages which suffer from erratic power supply can become an alternate  model, the DC said. DIPRO
